Feeling Overwhelmed? Get Grounded Instead.

As the year rounds down to a close, we often pack our schedules in an effort to get everything done before the holidays. And spending time with family and friends, while wonderful, can get overwhelming too. This year, Christmas was on a full moon, making emotions run even higher. If you find yourself anxious now, or anytime of year, this simple practice is a great way to get grounded.
