Galentine’s Day Goodies For your BFF or Yourself

_DSC1241.jpg

Whether I’m single or in a relationship, I’ve always loved Valentine’s Day. While it can feel like a holiday aimed only at couples: I’ve never let it whip me into a tailspin of tears and tubs of Ben and Jerry's. Instead, I jump on the chance to buy my favorite fancy chocolate, send my girlfriends cute cards and wear something super girlie. Whether you're single or committed, celebrating Galentine's Day or Valentine's Day, February 14th is just a great excuse to shower in self-love. Maybe you’ll do a little self-love meditation, take a long bath or get a massage. Why not bake yourself a treat, attend a workshop you've been thinking about or take some time for a quiet morning at your favorite cafe?

And if, like me, your version of self-love involves a little retail therapy; why not feel even better about your indulgence by shopping brands that love our planet just as much as they love you? Think sustainably sourced fancy footwear, upcycled lacy underthings, or a guilt-free version of Nutella...?

So go ahead, treat-yo-self and feel good about it.
