...And taste it all we did… After five, finger licking savory courses and two desserts, we felt that we’d celebrated the holiday appropriately. So it’s a good thing that I had asked everyone to wear their favorite “chic to feast”; aka "fat day" outfit. Because let’s face it, no matter what your denim size, we all have our off days, but that doesn’t mean that everyone needs to know. NYFW: Day 1 Street Style from the Tents (via Guest of a Guest)
Yesterday marked the first morning of NYFW and the newly redesigned tents at Lincoln Center were buzzing with anticipation. Industry big wigs including Joe Zee, Ken Downing and Leandra Medine showed up bright and early for the BCBG show. Many show goers mingled around afterward sipping Smart Water and posing for photos, although security inside the tents was tighter than in the past - keeping out many photographers without credentials. Once inside, we snapped some of the morning's very best outfits - which included plenty of practical footwear. Check out this round up for some serious winter style inspiration!

Vogue & Fendi Go Buggy for Buggies!
If the party’s guest list was any indication – these little critters are bound to be a hit... Beyonce’s younger sis, Solange Knowles and Vogue’s Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis cohosted; and Olivia Polermo, Grethchen Mol, Mia Moretti and Genevive Jones were among the bold face names who attended the soiree decked out in Fendi’s latest.
